Music - Woodstock by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young

Photographed in 1994 using film and again in 2013 using digital.

Heritage Park - Opened in 1982 and closed in 2002. The park sat vacant and was partially dismantled in 2005. The rest of the park was finally demolished in 2009. Heritage Park was home to the Albany - Colonie A's from 1982 - 1984 and then home to the Albany - Colonie Yankees from 1985 - 1994. Both teams played in the Eastern League. For the last years of its life, the park was home to the Albany - Colonie Diamond Dogs of the independent northeast league 1995 - 1998 and the northern league 1998 - 2002. Like Heritage Park, both the northeast league and northern league are long gone. The park was also home to Siena college football from 1998 - 2002. Nothing is left to suggest a park ever stood there, just a huge vacant lot, now overgrown with weeds and grass.

Location - Heritage Road and Hill House Road which is by the Albany International airport. Technically, the park was in Colonie, New York.
