Will Rogers Coliseum opened in 1936 as part of the Will Rogers memorial center. The coliseum mainly hosts rodeos and horse and livestock shows.

However, it was once used as a minor hockey league arena. From 1967 thru 1982, the Ft. Worth Texans of the CHL played here. The team folded after the 1982 season due to low attendance.

Location - 3401 W. Lancaster Ave. Ft. Worth, Texas The center is west of downtown Ft. Worth.

Cowtown Coliseum - Opened in 1908 and still in use. The Coliseum is located in the Ft. Worth stockyards which is north of downtown Ft. Worth. The building was refurbished in 1986. Rodeos are held here just about every week.

One pro team called it home. The Ft. Worth Sixers of the NIFL played here for one season in 2007 before folding.

The biggest star to play here was the King, Elvis Presley.
